OK – We want you to have your say. This is a chance for you to be heard properly! Are you fed up with listening to all the adults around you all the time – now is your turn to tell them what you think!
All responses will be monitored by the Corporate Parenting Team before appearing on the site. There are moderators on this site to make sure there is no bad language or suggestive comments.
Discussion forums can be great places to go to have your say... but you need to be aware of the dangers!!

- Keep all of your personal details to your safe to keep yourself safe!
- Ask your carer if you can use this discussion forum or other chat rooms.
- If you think someone is chatting on this site that really shouldn’t be and you are suspicious, please email us.

Things you should NEVER do on the internet or this site:
- Don’t organise to meet people you have had discussions with over the internet. If you choose to please make sure you have your carer there with you!! There will be some opportunities to meet people that you talk to on here by going to one of the Corporate Parenting events or Consultation Group meetings.
- Don’t give anyone you speak to over the internet your home address, your telephone number (including your mobile) or any bank details!
- Don’t send anyone any pictures of yourself.

Safety tips
- Never give your full name to someone that you don’t know
- Never give your address to strangers.
- Never give out your telephone number.
- If using chat rooms use a nick name when talking with people you do not know.
- Be respectful while you are on the net. This means do not sent hateful messages to other people.
- If you receive horrible messages tell your carer.
- Do not open email from someone that is not known to you.
- If you have your own computer have a virus protector program installed.
